Ingredients needed for these gluten-free air fryer bagels

Gluten-free flour: I like using this brand by Bob’s Red Mill.

Baking powder: This is used to increase the volume and lighten the texture of baked goods.

Garlic powder: This is purely for taste. I like my bagels on the more savory side.

Sea salt: Again, just for taste but always necessary.

Plain Vegan Yogurt: The plain unsweetened yogurt from the brand Culina is my absolute favorite. You want to use a nice thick texture yogurt. This one is coconut base without an overpowering coconut flavor

Toppings: Top these bagels with dairy-free butter. I’m a fan of miyokos – I find their butter to be the cleanest with ingredients. I also like to top it off with sesame seeds (both black + plain ones to add more color) and flaky sea salt.
