This sauce includes the following ingredients: Red Jalapeños, Organic Blue Agave Nectar, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Tangerine Juice Concentrate, Lime Juice Concentrate.

Ingredients for this Sriracha Tofu Recipe

  • 1 – 14 oz package extra firm tofu block
  • 3 Tbsp blue agave sriracha
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

Method for making sriracha tofu

  1. Press out water from extra firm tofu.
  2. Make marinade by mixing blue agave tofu, sesame oil and garlic powder. Brush marinade over tofu.
  3. Heat up a cast iron skillet with olive oil or avocado oil.
  4. On medium high heat, cook all sides of the sriracha tofu for 3 minutes or until it starts to get a crisp brown color on the edges.
  5. Once cooked on all sides, place on a plate lined with paper towel to soak up any excess oil.
  6. Brush with any leftover marinade and then serve.
