  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • olive oil
  • garlic cloves
  • salt
  • fresh squeezed lemon
Pumpkin Seed Dip

Method to make this recipe

Soak raw pumpkin seeds in hot water for at least 1 hour. Drain and rinse thoroughly.

In a high speed blender or food processor, add raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Keep blending until it is a thick and smooth consistency.

This is good to store in the fridge for one week.

Notes to make this recipe even better

I would recommend using a vitamix blender which you can purchase at The Plant Based Palette Shop.

I love using maldon sea salt! I know it’s a little boujee, but these salt flakes just give food an extra umpf.

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 whole  fresh squeezed lemon

Instructions
