Ingredients for this Pumpkin Seed Dip
- raw pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
- garlic cloves
- salt
- fresh squeezed lemon
Method to make this recipe
Soak raw pumpkin seeds in hot water for at least 1 hour. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
In a high speed blender or food processor, add raw pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Keep blending until it is a thick and smooth consistency.
This is good to store in the fridge for one week.

I love using maldon sea salt! I know it’s a little boujee, but these salt flakes just give food an extra umpf.

- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
