Gluten Free Crackers Recipe
This gluten free crackers recipe is a hit. Besides being gluten-free, these crackers are also vegan and only include a few simple ingredients. They have a great flavor and texture on its on, but they serve as an excellent conduit for many spreads and dips.
These crackers are crispy and perfect to snack on. They’re delightful just on their own, but pairs well with many different types of flavors.

- all purpose gluten-free flour
- almond flour
- baking powder
- ground flaxseed
- sea salt
- garlic powder

Method
Preheat oven to 325°F while you make the cracker batter.
In a large bowl, add all purpose gluten-free flour, almond flour, baking powder, ground flaxseed, sea salt and garlic powder. Whisk all dry ingredients together until well combined.
Then add the olive oil until the mix is a crumbly texture. Add cold water in small increments until the dough is easy to mold in a ball. Remove the dough from the bowl onto a clean surface onto a piece of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to spread the dough into a rectangle about 1/8″ thick.
Once the dough is evenly spread out into a rectangle, remove the top parchment paper layer and use a pizza cutter to cut into squares.
Transfer the bottom parchment paper with the cracker dough squares onto a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the oven for 23 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Remove from oven, allow it cool and harden. Keep in airtight container. Enjoy!
