It’s simple, you’ll need medjool dates, almond butter, raw almonds, cinnamon and hemp seeds. That’s right, only five ingredients. I find it refreshing being able to count on one hand all of the components that go into my snacks. That’s rare to come across now-a-days.
Method for these Almond Stuffed Dates
You’ll start by slicing each date in half the long way and take the pit out.
Take a portion of the almond butter and stuff it into the halves of the dates. Press a raw almond into the almond butter.
Then sprinkle with cinnamon and hemp seeds. It’s ready to serve at this point, but you can also put it on a baking sheet and bake them at 400°F for 15 minutes if you want the almond to have a bit of a toasted taste.
